Protection of personal information

Pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, personal information is stored in a secure and confidential manner. We save your personal information on computers and servers with restricted access and which are located in controlled facilities, in addition to which our security measures are continually checked to determine whether our user information is being handled properly, while at all times being subject to consideration of your rights as a user. This website uses SSL, which means that the communication between you and our website is encrypted. We are unable, however, to guarantee 100 percent security when transferring data via the internet. This means that there is a risk that unauthorized persons may be able to forcefully obtain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Personal information is thus submitted at your own risk.

Personal information is deleted or made anonymous on an ongoing basis as and when the reasons for its collection have expired. The rapid development of the internet means that revisions to our processing of personal information may be necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and revise these guidelines with regard to the processing of personal information. If we do this, then we will of course correct the date of “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant revisions, we will provide notice of this in the form of a visible notification on our websites.

In the event that personal information about you is processed, you are entitled pursuant to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data to receive notice concerning any personal information that can be attributed to you. In the event that the information or data about you that is processed proves to be incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that this information or data be rectified, deleted or blocked. You can at any time make an objection to information about you being subject to processing. In addition, you can at any time retract your consent or ask us to export your data. You are also able to make a complaint with regard to the processing of information and data about you. Complaints should be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
